Legal Consent

By registering to participate in the CTCC project, (non-profit organisation that is financed by the European Regional Development Fund, South Baltic Programme 2014-2020) your contact details, which are found publicly, such as address of your location and type of business are to be used and evaluated in the project up till 5 years after the project ends (Jul 15, 2025). The Online Course on developing creative /traditional business innovation will meet the following conditions: Your personal information will be used ONLY for the duration of the project, i.e., your email address so as to contact you; your name so as to identify you with grades; your company / firm so as to help with organising you with others.

Data protection policy

The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) includes the principle of obligatory accountability in Art. 5 (2). Accordingly, each responsible individual, project partner in the CTCC project or office will be able to provide evidence of having an overall policy for data protection compliance, which must also be regularly reviewed and, if necessary, further developed.

The CTCC project and its project partners will process personal data and have established procedures to regularly review, rate and evaluate the efficacy of the data protection and data security measures. For this purpose, a data protection policy is attached. Hence, CTCC will follow the procedures and actively protect the data and not share data outside the scope of the CTCC project.

What are the contents of the data protection policy?

The data protection policy that CTCC is following is structured for both internal and external stakeholders. The proper data protection policy contains the following contents:

  • Data protection policy and responsibilities in the project; CTCC
  • Legal framework in the CTCC
  • Documentation
  • Existing technical and organisational measures
  • Organisational minimum regulations
