2nd Physical Training – Design Plus, International Creative Congress
The three-day event took place in Szczecin Culture’s Incubator on October 9-11, 2018. Over a hundred participants from Germany, Lithuania, Poland, and Sweden were engaged in conference and workshops showcasing the value of design and its effect on companies’ development.
SMEs were actively contributing to the in-depth discussions with experienced experts from the technology, business, and design disciplines (more information about the experts is here) about the conduction of business or respective market analysis. Through the workshops led by Lynne Elvins – CEO, Design Rally, UK; Itziar Pobres Gamarra – Co-Founder, We Question Our Project, Spain; Carola Verschoor – Corporate Director Innovation & Digital Services at Royal Haskoning DHV, Netherlands; participants gained sound knowledge about integrating the concept of design into economic and technical reflections and exchange good practices with participants with different national, cultural and professional background.
The 2nd Physical Training helped traditional SMEs and CI representatives to integrate into the network of interdisciplinary professionals and experts within the industrial design market sector across the South Baltic Region.
